Providing solutions to your individual and/or organizational needs
I’m Joyce Kyles, YOUR strategic solution speaker, storyteller, writer, life and thriving skills coach, and consultant. I have combined more than 20 years of personal lived experiences and professional education and training to provide my services & expertise within the U.S. as well as Europe. Whether working with individuals, nonprofits, the military, law enforcement, women, teens, faith based communities, businesses or organizations, my goal has always been to provide realistic and practical solutions while having my audiences and clients consider thought provoking accountability and action.
I’ve authored two books – both of which made Amazon’s Best Sellers List. I received my Bachelor’s Degree from Arkansas State University and certification in Women’s Entrepreneurship at Cornell University. I’ve also earned specialized certifications & training in several areas to include: Domestic Violence, Sexual Abuse, and Mental Health USA First Aid and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
My humbling local and national accolades, awards, and features in print, radio, and television media include Huffington Post, Tri-State Defender, Black Press USA, The Memphis Flyer, The New Orleans Tribune, The Welcome Greenbook for Black Tourists, WDIA, V101.1FM, WLOK and local affiliates for FOX, ABC & CBS. I’ve also written several domestic violence PSAs and contributed her voice to record them via Memphis’ local Cumulus Media affiliate station, 103.5FM.
I love to provide multiple forms of support to social causes within the community. My grandmother, “Muh” as she was affectionately called, was all about community and servant leadership, and she instilled those values in me. I remain committed to helping uplift those who often feel helpless, judged, overlooked, and underserved. My business and work in advocacy are a result of my lived experiences and need to thrive.
I founded Walking Into A New Life, a grassroots-inspired 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
Our Mission: to provide community awareness and tangible resources to individuals impacted by domestic violence and its intersections.
Our Vision: includes a world where those who are impacted by abuse will be believed, supported, and provided the necessary resources to include economic and social justice tools to live freely, safely, and without judgment.
